You have not received a confirmation mail?
It happens from time to time that users have not received a confirmation mail. Our system basically mails every new user. Possible causes could be:
- You have entered the wrong email address!
- You have a spam filter which sorted the email out!
If you have e.g. a gmx email address you should check your spam folder. There is a solution for every problem. Me and the programmers are able to switch your registration to active. Please contact us via mail to info@sonnenertrag.de.
