My plant does not show up on the photovoltaic-map!?

This could have two reasons: Either you have not given your complete postal code or another user is registered with the same postal code. There is a solution for each problem. First of all the PV-map searches for the longitude and latitude. When these are available you do not need a postal code and your plant will be pictured on the map. When you have not entered the coordinates, Google Maps uses your postal code. But only one user will appear, also when there are several users with the same postal code! Unfortunately I do not know why it is like that. When you are overlapped by other users with the same postal code you have the possibility to drag your plant to the right position. Therefore you have to log in and go to „my data“. There you pick your „balloon“, drag it to the right position and drop it there.
